Outline boost+0.1 mm

Outline color

Upload artwork to thicken its lines.

Adds width to the selected color's lines and filled shapes inside the artwork. Higher values can close small gaps. Print-friendly cleanup protects larger light highlights after removing tiny details; other details may still shrink. Set to 0 to restore the original lines. Preview and 3MF match; outer shape and switch fit stay unchanged.

Small marks may merge into neighboring colors. Change modes to compare; Off restores source detail. Review the face and test print before a full export.

Base: 23 filament colors (approximate swatches). Face: artwork colors and your edits, labeled with the nearest color name. Naming does not change RGB. Metallic finishes are not simulated.

Edge softnessSoft

Soft adds a broad, rounded border around pointed artwork and bridges deep gaps for easier printing. Pillow fills more; Balanced follows more detail. Both face and base update. Overall size grows slightly; Crisp keeps the original traced edges.

Total base height. Changes the upper wall only; the switch seat stays fixed. Lower settings leave more space below the face.

Lighter base

Removes extra material inside, keeping the bottom floor, outer walls and switch supports.

Fit gap0.4 mm

Fit gap is the space on each side between face and base. Color depth is limited to keep at least 0.7 mm of backing. Test-print altered settings.

Socket clearance0.10 mm

Extra width in the cross-shaped stem opening, shared by the face and fit test. 0 keeps the original fit; try 0.10 mm if tight, then increase by 0.05 mm. Larger values can become loose. Saved designs keep their previous fit. Reprint a sample with the same filament and slicer settings at 100% scale; do not force the switch.

Optional reinforced loop, joined to the base only. Position runs clockwise: top 0°, right 90°, bottom 180°, left 270°. Fine offset moves along the edge. 4 mm thick with a 2.4 mm rim; test-print before use.

Merge similar filament colors

How to open & print

Open the 3MF as a project in an up-to-date Bambu Studio with the selected printer installed. Confirm the printer, nozzle and filament slots. Base and Face remain separate, with face colors grouped together. Artwork prints face down at your selected color depth; view the underside to see its colors. STL is single-color.

Uses the selected installed Bambu system presets, not a file-named custom printer. No custom G-code is included. PLA is the starting material profile—replace it with your actual filament before slicing.

Includes a stepped switch seat and cross-stem socket. Physical fit needs a test print. The preview switch is purchased hardware and is not exported.

Test Print

Artwork: a face-down color tile at the actual face size, without the base or socket. Uses your selected printer and slicer settings.

Switch fit: two STL samples for the switch seat and stem socket. Tests local fit, not full clicker travel or strength.

Print both tests at 100% scale with your intended nozzle, filament and build plate. The live view still shows the full clicker.

0.4 mm nozzles use 0.1 mm layers and Arachne walls. Other nozzle sizes keep their preset layer height and wall generator. Shell thickness uses the layer counts above. Speeds, first-layer settings and temperatures still come from the Bambu presets. Confirm your filament, build plate and sliced preview. These settings are editable in Bambu Studio; STL files do not include them.
